Return and Refund Policy
14 Day return policy.
All returns must be approved and have a restocking return authorization number.
All returns must be in the same condition as when you first received it. If unassembled, the return must be unpacked and unassembled in the box. If you purchase an assembled bike, there will be a $150.00 assembly fee that will be deducted from your total refund.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns based on the items being in a NEW, unused condition.
Once we receive the product back to our warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect it for any damage or use and will determine the amount that will be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we approve a return, it is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay the shipping back to our warehouse.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
Your refunded credit will be issued on the total price less the cost of any shipping involved in the transaction and a 25% restocking fee (Sales tax is fully refundable if applicable to your order).
If renting on-site, first come, first serve basis and all rentals will require a credit card imprint and a pre-authorized deposit.
If renting off site, reservations are necessary and all rentals will require a credit card imprint and pre-authorized up to 1000.00 and payment in full
Sorry but we do not accept debit or credit cards that cannot be pre-authorized up to $1000.00.
All equipment is inspected and sanitized before and after each rental period. We pride ourselves in renting equipment in good condition and we expect our customers to return our equipment in the same condition.
Make sure you have what you need in advance, pre-book with a full payment over the phone or in person.
